The official
language of the Workshop is English. Simultaneous
translation will not be provided.
Badges
All the
registered participants will receive a personal badge upon
registration and are requested to wear it when attending
the sessions or any social event.

Wi-Fi will
be available at the workshop.
Smoking
Smoking in the workshop area is not allowed.Mobile Phones
Participants
are kindly requested to switch-off their mobile phones or
to adopt the silent mode during all presentations.
Program Changes
The
organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the
program due to external or unforeseen circumstances. The
organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, relocate
or change any of the sessions or to add new sessions.
Attendance Certificates
Certificates
of attendance are handed out on request to all regularly
registered participants at the end of the meeting.
Disclaimer
The
Organizer Committee does not accept liability for any
damage and/or loss that may be incurred by a workshop
participant during the activities of the workshop or the
social activities conncted with the workshop. The
participants take parts in all events connected with the
workshop at their own risk.

Force Majeure
The organizers reserve the right to cancel without notice or compensation IAMES Workshop in the event of force majeure cases (for example, but not limited to, acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, volcano eruption, flood or terrorist attacks). In such cases, the organizers are freed of all responsibility and no liability for any claim for damages and/or losses will be accepted. Limitation of liability of organization: In the event of it being impossibile to carry out the IAMES Workshop for force majeure cases, so long as this arises from a cause not attributable to the organizers, the organization shall only be obliged to reimburse the payments received subject to deduction of any costs it has incurred in preparing the event. this liability only extends to the payments made directly to workshop organization and not to payments made by the attendees to the hotel or airlines. The applicable law is the Italian law. Any dispute, controvery or claim arising out of or in relation to this contract shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia.Insurance
The Organizing Committee of the workshop shall not accept any responsibility for the individual medical, travel, or personal insurance fo the participants in the Workshop. All the participants are strongly advised to obtain a personal insurance before attending the Workshop. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the participants' personal belongings.Banks
Banks are open from Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 13.30 and from 15.00 to 16.00 hrs. Banks are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Many banks have automatic currency exchange machines that also take credit cards. Most hotels, restaurants and shops accept major credit cards.Post Offices

Taxis

Public transportation
Brescia has an underground that connects the train station with the city centre and the university. Services operates daily from hrs 5:00 to 24:00. Tickets cost 1.40 Euros and can be purchased at stations, using a ticket vending machine.
Further, Brescia has a comprehensive bus network. Services operate daily from hrs 06.00 to 24.00. Tickets cost 1.40 Euros (2 Euros on board) and lasts 75 minutes, allowing the traveller to use unlimited buses.
