A
laptop PC with PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader for pdf
files (suggested) is available in the room. Speakers can
also employ their own laptop, however this option is
discouraged in order to reduce the time interval between the
presentations.
The lecture/oral presentation consists in a talk with a time window of 20 minutes (including 5 minutes for questions from the audience).
The time window for invited speakers is 30 minutes (including 5 minutes for questions from the audience).
